We started as a dating / personals site for singles living in London, but people asked for tips on the best places to meet, where to go for a romantic dinner or glass of wine, where to spend time together on those first dates while you get to know each other - and where to buy that special gift.
So we decided to check out the best places we could find in central London and put a series of image link galleries together, listed to the right by category, with quick site links to get you straight to the relevant pages.
Here it is, then - London - the ultimate rendezvous for everyone, whether you're on a date, new to the city, a tourist, or just meeting friends.
Of course - you can still check out the personals on our dating pages by following the page navigation links to the right.
So - have a great time in London, whether you're new to the capital or know your way around like a cab driver !

In the Large Weston Room
4pm

John Etheridge Described
by Pat Metheny as “one of the best guitarists in the world,” John
Etheridge’s eclectic approach to music is characterised by key
associations with Stephane Grappelli and Soft Machine. Noted by The Observer
as “the best young violinist in jazz today” Christian Garrick has
revitalised jazz violin playing for the 21st century. Like Etheridge,
he has been touched by the iconic and vibrant Grapelli, whilst forging
his own individual style. Together they revisit gypsy jazz of the great
French tradition, in celebration of ‘Miró, Calder, Giacometti, Braque:
Aimé Maeght and His Artists’ exhibition.
This is a free event but
spaces are limited. Please arrive early and collect your free ticket
from the front desk to avoid disappointment.
